Our Search Process
Using our extensive industry resources, we begin searching for the most experienced candidates to fill your position(s). Once we’ve assembled a group of viable candidates, our screening process identifies the best candidates by, conducting in-person interviews, testing, verifying skills and contacting references. Through this process we refine the candidate pool down to the very best of the best. Only then do we present them to you.
Securing Candidate Delivery
Once we’ve completed the candidate search, we act as a go-between for you and the candidates, facilitating all interviews and confirming post-interview interest between each party. After you’ve chosen your ideal candidate, we assist you through the employment negotiation process until you’ve secured a new hire.
Most staffing companies believe that once a client and a candidate have been matched up, their job placement duties are over. Not at RNa Partners. We follow up after the new hire has started with your company to confirm the success of the fit and even evaluate the satisfaction of both parties on a regular basis thereafter.
